Chris Manning is the General Manager, UK & Europe at The Orchard, the industry’s leading independent music distribution and label services company operating in 40+ territories worldwide. Chris began his tenure at The Orchard in 2008, working in most departments of the company at one time or another, including label management and business development. He also managed local and international operations, strengthening The Orchard’s global reach and playing a major role in the merger of Red Essential into The Orchard UK.

As The Orchard continues to serve the independent music community and expand its offering, Chris works with Managing Directors of each territory to ensure that sales and marketing operations and communications are in sync across the continent.

Over the years, Chris has worked with numerous labels including Intec, Dim Mak, Snatch Records, Stealth Records, Mixmag Records, AEI, Mutants, Champion Records and DSB, as well as strengthening artist relations with Skepta, Run The Jewels, Jorja Smith, dodie, Giggs, Joey BadA$$, Lower Than Atlantis, Alter Bridge, and Anderson.Paak.
