Ed Millett is one of the CEOs and co-founders of TaP Music group, along with long-time business partner Ben Mawson. In 2010, he and Mawson started co-managing Lana Del Rey and together they began developing her to become a music icon in her own right. Lana has recently released her 7th studio album to critical acclaim, achieved countless gold and platinum certifications worldwide, and received GRAMMY® and Golden Globe® Award nominations during her career to date, with TaP Mgmt at the helm. 2014 saw the company sign Dua Lipa, a collaboration that propelled her rapid rise into an award-winning, multiplatinum star. Then in 2017, previously unknown Irish busker Dermot Kennedy, joined the roster - a move which helped break him globally, with over 1 million albums sold to date and gaining a Brit nomination for Best International Male. In the years to follow, Ed and Ben have gone on to add new superstar clients Ellie Goulding, Hailee Steinfeld, and most recently Leigh Anne Pinnock to the TaP Mgmt roster.
