Chalmers joined YouTube at the start of 2020 to head up its music operations across Europe, Middle East and Africa, and is responsible for its Label & Artist Relationships, Publishing and Business Development. Prior to joining YouTube, Chalmers began his career at UMG marketing Interscope/Geffen/A&M releases and has had multi-platinum & award winning successes with music superstars. Chalmers then spent 2 decades at WMG where he went on to run 3 Divisions in the UK as President Rhino, East West & ADA. His divisions were recognised as Music Week award winners on multiple occasions. He continues to serve on the MITs board supporting Nordoff Robbins.
