Anke Becker is BMG’s Vice President Technology Product, responsible for creating digital products that are used by clients and staff at BMG. In her role, she works with cross-functional teams to find and build the things that add value to BMG’s users. Her goals include a drive toward customer service excellence and delivering a great client experience. Becker joined BMG in 2012, initially playing the role of Product Owner for BMG’s acclaimed client portal myBMG. myBMG is an industry-leading platform for songwriters and artists, to help them better understand their music royalties and to collaborate. myBMG embodies BMG’s commitment to delivering 21st-century levels of fairness, transparency and service.
