Mark joined PPL in May 2011 as Chief Technology Officer. At the start of 2020, Mark was appointed to the role of Chief Information Officer. In his current role, Mark is responsible for all of the technology systems and data that underpin PPL’s operations. To achieve this, Mark leads both the Information Technology and Data & Insight functions. Mark also represents PPL on a range of international technology initiatives. Mark draws on 20 years’ experience as a technology consultant, having held positions initially at Arthur Andersen and latterly at Deloitte, where he was a Partner in its technology consulting practice. Mark also led the software development function at Sky TV.
